OUGD406 | STUDIO BRIEF 1 | SECRET 7 | INTERIM CRIT

For this crit we put 5 of our solid designs on display so that other members of the class could walk about and write comments to at least 3 questions we had wrote down on a sheet. The 5 designs I picked were:

The questions I wrote down included:

• Can you tell what song it is? Why?
• Do the colours look aesthetically pleasing/appropriate? Why?
• Which are the most/least effective? Why?

The comments I got where mostly very complimentary which is encouraging as it's always nice to hear that your work is communicating the message well. I received some constructive criticism too which is always appreciated as I want to ensure my designs are the best they can be.

From here I think I will experiment more with number 3, and possibly rethink number 5 as it seemed to be the poorest design from the comments. I also have more ideas to experiment with digitally.
