Feedback & Evaluation
I was pretty nervous upon sitting through other people's presentations initially, but also intrigued to see the different ways my peers had gone about the task. Since my name ends in 'w', I knew I would be close to the end, but eventually I became more relaxed as I was focusing on other's work.I think even though it is daunting at first, presenting to a bunch of people I've just met, it went well. My presentation was quite informal and I tried to communicate my personality throughout. I found this quite easy to do as we were basically talking about our favourite things and our own personal answers to questions.I think perhaps talking about the specific moods and information on each font could have been a bit more elaborative on my part; but I chose to keep it relevant to myself and focused more on the questions asked of us.I received some really useful feedback, it was quite nice to know that the layout I had used for the presentation worked well and it was also good to be asked what my favourite whale was, because I could talk about beluga whales for quite a while.Overall I think some improvements could be made to the way I present work, for example perhaps a little more structured and informative however I am pleased with how it went and it has built up my confidence a little more for the next presentation I will be doing in front of others.
