OUGD404 | STUDY TASK 4 | BOOK BINDING

For this task we had a book binding workshop at Vernon street in which we did 3 types of binding methods.

Saddle stitch, concertina and a Japanese stab bind.

I’m not really a hands on type of person when it isn’t related to drawing or painting, so sewing isn’t really my strong point however most of the steps were easy to follow and it was fun to produce my own little books.

However I only have 2 of the 3 of my books as the concertina bind was sadly lost.
