This currency would be distributed as a global set of bank notes, as the star signs are not applicable to just one culture, gender, race or economy. Everyone has one, and everyone can celebrate their traits and how we are individually special.

This would eliminate the need for exchange rates, as everyone would be using the same currency hypothetically. This could change the convenience and understanding of money as everyone would know the global currency as "Stars".

So, essentially the demographic is everyone.
