The chosen name for the restaurant will be Erdenbürger. Chosen because of it's english translation of Earthlings, this connects the consumer with the earth and other inhabitants, and dismantles any connotation of speciesism, putting man on the same platform as any other citizen of the earth. The English term Earthlings could alienate a contemporary audience and only appeal to 'hippy' style individuals due to the nature of the word. Erdenbürger links back to Germany, which has a very advanced stance on Vegan and Vegetarianism.

Not to mention the variety of Vegan restaurants dotted around the city. It makes sense to me to have a German name for the restaurant, taking influence from the contemporary and advanced German stance on Veganism.
The name also contains the word 'burger', and since this will be a fast food restaurant, this is conceptual too. The restaurant will be a 'burger bar', but could expand in the future. For now, the restaurant will sell mainly burgers, sides & a selection of drinks (smoothies, milkshakes & soft drinks)
