I felt as though I needed to experiment further with my colour choice, so I began to play around with different colour themes. Yellow was described as 'danger', so it was suggested I try out some cooler more relaxing colours:

I tried out several pastel colours that have a more calm vibe however I'm not too keen on how this looks and don't feel as though this matches the aesthetic of my leaflet as much as a bright yellow. It was suggested that my work looked 'aggressive' however I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing, even a positive; I like to describe it as chaotic & experimental. 

I also tried a light grey which does tone it down effectively, however I don't feel it has the same impact as the yellow either, although I thought I would try out another black and white version

I really liked this version so I decided to apply black & white to all my pages to see what it looked like overall 

I liked the simplicity of the design in black and white, and felt it was more impactful using harsh blacks, but again, I felt applying some colour adds a little more vibrancy so I've decided to stick with yellow for this brief although experimentation was well worth it.
